Mr. Jolly Antony is best known for his humanitarian and voluntary organization that provides aid and assistance to the vulnerable without any discrimination on the lines of nationality, race, gender, color, religion, and political or ideological beliefs. Access to education is not only a basic human right but also a key factor in reducing poverty and child labor. Al Safina Travel and Tourism focus on providing basic education to those who need it most. Mr. Jolly Antony has reserved ten percent of his charity funds for providing education in Trichur.

Jolly has introduced death pension at Al Safina to ensure social welfare payments can continue after death, in case an employee dies while still in service. This ensures the well-being of the deceased’s family. Further, his/her spouse or civil partner will receive some social welfare payments while education of his/her children will be sponsored up to graduation level.

Jolly Antony includes charity in his company Fog Resort and Spa through a ‘Dine & Donate’ program simply called ‘Share of love’. He believes in giving back to the communities they serve, through direct giving. Every guest can sponsor their beloved dishes to poor people in the neighborhood. Fog Resort will add their contributions along with the Guests’ donation and make it sufficient for the needy. The initiative works at various levels and gives an opportunity for people who have a philanthropic bent of mind.
